“It is never too late to begin exercise
– changes will happen, results will come.”
Ann Lear
Ann’s Story
Exercise matters to me.
All my life, i have experienced the healing power and the joy of exercise.
Now I am able to lead group exercise. I am free to include the very best exercises, I love finding gems in research, then, I can adapt the most up-to-date research into the classes. I aim to maintain good health and I believe that, in addition to diet, proper sleep, managing stress, that to keep on moving is the key.
